DePaul Urban Explorers is a student-led organization at DePaul Univeristy. The purpose of this organization is both to form an urban community at DePaul, as well as to aid students in exploring everything the city around us has to offer. We seek to study urbanity through education and exploration. In order to accomplish our goals, we plan on doing the following:

1. Having weekly meetings where we discuss urban issues, reflect on past outings, and determine future events.

2. Going as a group to lectures, presentations, exhibits, and cultural events.

3. Visiting museums throughout the city.

4. Taking walking and bike tours of neighborhoods.

Urban Explorers meets every Tuesday at 7 p.m. in Richardson Library Room 308 to discuss current events, reflect on past trips, and plan for future trips. On those trips we venture out into the city and explore everything Chicago has to offer us.

Anyone who's interested in public policy, architecture, engineering, geography, art history, or real estate are encouraged to join us!
